Losing Weight!
As i was about to sit down on my computer chair,the button on my pants popped! Oh my goodness! this could only mean one thing! I’m getting bigger and heavier! Oh no!!! I sort of had a panic attack.. I will be attending my cousin’s wedding in 5 days!… With this, i looked over the net for some weight reduction tips..and here’s what i found out….
> Intake of foods low in calorie like fruits and vegetables is highly recommended!
> Spices and bitter gourd or ampalaya for us filipinos, may also help one loose weight.
> and here’s one thing that really interest me… CABBAGE! according to the website, it inhibits the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates to fats!!! Whew! what a relief! Cabbage is one of the vegetables that I loved to eat! But, I came across in some of my readings in the past that CAbbage is also goitrogenic. So those who have problems with their thyroid must aovid eating this vegetable.
> Exercise! Of course! we need to burn the calories we got from the food that we ate! My suggestion, choose an exercise that would best suit you and not because a friend of yours says so. Exercising should be fun and enjoyable… no pressures…
